Conducting in-depth analysis of our current systems, pinpointing areas for improvement, and architecting cutting-edge solutions.
Crafting and maintaining meticulous documentation of system specifications – your attention to detail will be key!
Masterfully prioritizing and organizing complex requirement specifications.
Contributing to the full lifecycle of new applications and service deployments, as well as enhancing our existing systems.
Translating intricate technical details into clear, understandable requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Championing best practices in scalability, supportability, maintainability, and overall system performance.
Ensuring seamless system compatibility and integration within our IT infrastructure.
Providing valuable technical expertise and recommendations for new IT software projects and initiatives.
Creating comprehensive documentation for all processes and systems.
Managing our existing Qlik boards and contributing to the development of new, insightful visualizations.

Education and Experience:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with degrees in other fields and relevant certifications or experience can also be considered.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, IT Support, or similar role. Experience in the customer service or outsourcing industry is a plus.
Qlik Experience: While managing existing Qlik boards and assisting in creating new ones is listed, extensive prior experience may not be necessary. A basic understanding of data visualization principles and some exposure to Qlik or similar BI tools is desirable.
Skills:
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. The candidate should be able to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
Technical Skills: Understanding of SDLC.
Knowledge of database concepts.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Experience with software applications and systems.
Documentation Skills: The ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation is essential.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
